Joe BassJoe started My Guys Remodeling with Shawn Sell back in 2007. Under Joe's leadership My Guys Remodeling has established a solid reputation as one of the top exterior remodeling companies in Wake County. Joe believes being trustworthy and maintaining a good reputation by providing consistent service has been the key to the company's success. Joe grew up right here in North Carolina, helping his father with his business; by the time he was 12 years old he was nailing down sub-floors in the homes his father was building. Joe has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the tools and techniques used in remodeling homes. |

Shawn SellShawn started My Guys Remodeling back in 2007 with Joe Bass as one of the one managing partners. Shawn has over 31 years of experience in residential remodeling. Under Shawn's leadership the company has enjoyed steady growth through good times and bad. Shawn coined the motto, "When service matters most, you call My Guys”. As Shawn explains, “The reason that we have continued to grow under any conditions is because we concentrate on providing three things: The highest quality products, perfect installations, and a reasonable price." Before starting My Guys Remodeling Shawn worked in upper management for one of the country's largest diversified home remodeling companies, for 7 years. |

Shane WinokurShane joined My Guys Remodeling in 2013 as our Operations Manager specializing in Windows, Siding and Doors. Before working at My Guys, Shane worked as a General Manager and Crew Leader for 10 years. When he's not at work he enjoys playing soccer with his kids and vacationing in the mountains. He currently lives in Holly Springs, NC with his wife Stephanie and two children. |

Shannon BassShannon moved to NC in 1996 from the Midwest. She joined My Guys Remodeling in 2017 as the manager of Client Services. She makes sure everyone who orders work from My Guys Remodeling has a good experience. She loves to take vacations anywhere the weather is warm and tropical. She currently lives in Cary, NC with her husband Joe, two teenagers and her dog, Savannah. |

Stephen ReavisStephen joined My Guys Remodeling in 2017 as a Project Coordinator, specializing in Windows. He moved to NC in 1998 from Hendersonville, TN. When he's not working he enjoys hiking anywhere in the mountains and love's vacationing back home in Tennessee. He's a fan of all college sports and currently lives in Morrisville with his dog, Dutch. |

LyndseyLyndsey joined My Guys Remodeling in 2019 as our Bookkeeper. She moved to NC from the Midwest where she was born and raised. Prior to joining the team she worked in Property Management for 7 years. When she is not working on the books, she loves spending time outdoors with her dog. |

Owen OharaOwen joined My Guys Remodeling in 2021 as an Exterior Specialist on our sales team. Before moving to Cary NC, he sold software to specialty retailers in Silicon Valley, California. |

Nicole FarrowNicole joined My Guys Remodeling in January 2021 as our new Sales Administrator. Nicole moved here from Missouri and brings with her 15 years of experience working in customer service and administration. When she is not at work, she enjoys yoga and exploring all the sites in North Carolina. She graduated from Columbia College and currently lives in Fuquay Varina with her husband Brian, two teenage children and Golden Retriever named Patrick. |

Trey BassTrey joined My Guys Remodeling in 2021 as a Material Runner. He was born and raised in Cary, NC. When he's not working he loves working on his car. Trey recently graduated high school and lives in Knightdale with his two cats, Bronco and Shelby. |
